Diva Boutique has relocated to its new site in Doral which is just outside the city of Miami. The current address is – Diva Boutique, 2100 NW 93 AVE, Doral, Florida. 33172. The Diva Boutique store will be open six days a week from Monday to Saturday at 11 AM EST to 8 PM EST.

The Diva Mobile App
The Diva Boutique mobile app was launched on the 6th of June, 2019. This app offers new and existing Divas a chance to get firsthand information on the latest styles from the Diva Collection.
Divas can also place and track their orders via the mobile app. Shipping is quick with 2 to 3 day guaranteed shipping available. Divas can now be confident of getting their clothing needs in quick time.
The app is available for iOS and Android OS mobile device users. The mobile app runs on an intuitive, user-friendly, and a highly interactive User interface (UI).
Divas can get to choose the clothing styles that appeal to their fashion sense. New styles are regularly added on the app and Divas can get to choose from an array of clothing accessories to complement their preferred fashion style.
Diva Return Policy
Diva Boutique has a return policy. The “MAKE A RETURN” tab is located at the bottom-end of the official Diva Boutique website. When Divas click or tap the tab, they can select the clothing items that they want credit for.
Previously purchased clothing items can be returned by Divas without any further instruction(s). Divas only need to complete the return process stated on the official Diva Boutique website followed by shipping the item(s) back to Diva.
Initially Diva customers were expected to return goods within 10 days of receiving item(s). However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the return period for items purchased has now been extended to 30 days.
All items returned to Diva should be unworn as well as unwashed. In addition, the items must be free of any wear. The clothing must also be free of deodorant or makeup stains.
You must attach the product tags to returned items. A return form is included in each package and this form should be completed and returned with the goods.
Where the return form is not available, Divas wishing to return items should write out their Name, Contact Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Order Number on a piece of paper and included with the returned item.
Divas are expected to report any defective goods received within a 24-hour timeline in order to receive credit from Diva. Also, Divas are expected to report any incorrect package received within a 24-hour timeframe.
All items purchased online should be returned to the Diva Boutique warehouse in Doral city. Items returned without the product tags and/or with stains or wear will not be accepted.
Reshipping fees are to be paid by Diva customers for those goods sent back to them. If reshipping fees for unaccepted store credits are not paid in 30 days time, Diva will discard the unaccepted store credits and they will not issue any credit to the customer concerned.
